Job description
1-1 Welcome customers into the branch in a professional and friendly manner, listening to their inquiries to accurately determine their needs.
1-2 Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding the availability of parts, prices, alternatives, and expected delivery times.
1-3 Assist customers in identifying the correct parts through part numbers, technical manuals, drawings, or approved alternatives, while providing basic technical support as needed.
1-4 Prepare accurate technical and commercial pricing proposals, ensuring compliance with established pricing and discount policies before presenting them to customers.
1-5 Follow up on open price quotes with customers and convert sales opportunities into confirmed sales orders whenever possible.
1-6 Process customer requests accurately and efficiently through company systems, including verifying customer data, identifying parts, confirming stock status, and issuing sales orders and invoices according to established procedures.
1-7 Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders to customers.
