Sales Supervisor

The Golden Butterfly Trading Company, one of the leading firms in the field of importing and distributing food products and beverages, is based in Riyadh – Ad Dar al Bayda.

We are seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct supervision of a team of sales representatives and monitoring their daily performance.
• Developing sales plans and monitoring their implementation to achieve specified sales objectives.
• Enhancing the current customer database and attracting new clients.
• Monitoring the collection of receivables and ensuring compliance with sales procedures.
• Preparing regular sales reports and submitting them to management.
• Monitoring market movements and competitors, proposing suitable solutions and opportunities.
• Training and guiding sales representatives to enhance their performance.

Ensuring effective sales coverage for clients within the targeted areas.

Requirements:

• Experience of no less than 5 years as a Sales Supervisor in the food and beverage sector.
• Proven work experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Riyadh market and various sales channels.
• Ability to plan, organize, and make decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and relationship building with clients.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
