Operation Supervisor

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles, ideally within a relevant industry.

Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence.

Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or manufacturing environments is highly valued.

Prior experience recruiting and hiring drivers is required, with a strong understanding of driver vetting and onboarding processes.

Experience working within a 3PL (third-party logistics) company is highly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
