Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, manage food preparation, oversee quality and presentation, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure food safety compliance. Additionally, the role involves menu planning, inventory management, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing kitchen team to maintain standards of excellence.
Qualifications Expertise in food preparation, culinary techniques, and menu planning Knowledge of food safety practices, inventory management, and kitchen operations Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations Effective communication skills and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional experience required, with previous sous chef or kitchen management experience preferred Understanding of international cuisines and diverse culinary styles is a plus Adaptability to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and familiarity with local food culture is an advantage
