Senior Manager - Taxation

Lead and oversee the firm’s operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regional strategy.

Manage and deliver high-quality services across Tax Advisory engagements in compliance with KSA regulations and international standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth.

Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients on financial, regulatory, and business matters.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.

Ensure timely execution of assignments with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Stay updated with evolving KSA regulatory frameworks,

Support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and market expansion efforts.

Coordinate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and consistency.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

8–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a reputed audit/tax/advisory firm.

Proven experience in the GCC region, with a preference for candidates having direct exposure to Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, taxation, and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated expertise across Tax Advisory services.

Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to think strategically and provide value-added insights to clients.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
