We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and operations of a prominent construction holding company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing financial functions within large-scale construction or engineering groups, deep understanding of KSA financial and tax regulations, and the ability to guide the organization towards sustainable profitability and compliance. This is a strategic leadership role that requires sharp financial acumen, integrity, and the ability to operate in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the financial strategy, planning, and forecasts in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian Zakat, tax, and VAT laws, including timely and accurate filings.
- Supervise all financial operations across subsidiaries, joint ventures, and group entities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors on all financial matters.
- Monitor cash flow, treasury, and capital structuring to ensure strong liquidity and optimized financial performance.
- Evaluate investment and project feasibility through financial modeling and ROI analysis.
- Drive cost control, margin improvement initiatives, and resource allocation efficiency.
- Implement ERP systems and ensure effective financial data management.
- Advise senior leadership on risk, strategy, and business performance from a financial perspective.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across different branches and subsidiaries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent financial certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Prior experience in construction, contracting, or infrastructure conglomerates is a must.
- Deep understanding of KSA financial regulations, taxation (including VAT and Zakat), and compliance frameworks.
- Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is essential.
