Job description
Operations: Coordinate all logistics for off-site events, including equipment, transportation, and staffing.
Client Management: Handle inquiries, conduct tastings, and manage contracts for corporate , private events or institutions.
Execution: Ensure brand standards and service quality are maintained outside the primary restaurant environment. P&L Responsibility: Monitor catering budgets and optimize resource allocation per event.
Experience: 3+ years in high-volume catering,event operations or
English and Arabic language proficiency compulsory.
Strong organizational skills and experience in logistical planning. Professional communication skills for client-facing negotiations.
