Job Objective:
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager with leadership experience to become part of our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing innovative strategies to increase revenue in the hospitality and catering sector, as well as building sustainable strategic partnerships and effectively managing the sales team to achieve the company's targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing Sales Strategies and Revenue Growth:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive annual sales plans for catering and event services aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify and achieve ambitious KPIs and revenue targets that support market share growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales sectors and opportunities (corporate clients, government entities, VIPs, and luxury wedding events).
- Business Development and Partnership Building:
- Establish and develop strong, sustainable working relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, specialized agencies, and government entities.
- Manage commercial negotiations and finalize high-value contracts and long-term partnerships.
- Team Leadership and Guidance:
- Manage, guide, and train the sales team to enhance their competencies and develop their skills.
- Define key performance indicators for the team, continuously monitor their performance to ensure sales targets are met.
- Create a motivating work environment focused on achieving results and excellence in performance.
