Job description
• Attract agents and clients while marketing Umrah programs and services provided by the company.
• Build and strengthen commercial relationships with agents and clients, working towards continuous collaboration and business development.
• Prepare and evaluate proposals, pricing, and suitable programs in accordance with established policies.
• Monitor client and agent requests and coordinate with relevant management to ensure prompt delivery of required services.
• Analyze market trends and business opportunities, enhancing insights and recommendations related to business development.
• Assist in monitoring the execution of Umrah-related services and ensure client satisfaction with the provided service.
• Aid in tracking the collection of financial dues from clients and agents in coordination with management and accounting.
• Prepare and update sales reports and client databases, and elevate them to the direct management.
Adhere to the policies and procedures related to commercial and financial practices and the guidelines established by the company.
