Job description

Role Purpose

To generate, manage, and grow Umrah and Umrah + Business by acquiring new clients and developing existing accounts, ensuring revenue growth, margin control, compliance with company policies, and alignment with operational capabilities.

The role focuses on volume with discipline, yield protection, and long-term partner development, while ensuring all bookings are commercially viable and operationally executable.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sales & Revenue Generation

· Drive sales for Umrah packages and Umrah + Business combinations through B2B agents, corporates, and approved

partners.

· Identify and convert opportunities where Umrah travel can be combined with business travel, meetings, site visits, or

corporate extensions.

· Achieve assigned monthly and annual revenue targets with focus on sustainable margins.

Account Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with Umrah agents, corporate clients, and trade partners.

· Develop key accounts with repeat business and long-term agreements.

· Ensure client expectations are aligned with product scope, pricing, and operational feasibility.

Pricing, Quotation & Control

· Prepare and submit quotations in line with approved pricing structures and margins.

· Ensure all sales are compliant with internal approval processes.

· Avoid ad-hoc commitments or deviations without management approval.

Coordination & Handover

· Coordinate closely with Reservations and Operations for smooth execution.

· Ensure complete, accurate, and timely handover of confirmed bookings.

· Act as the commercial owner of the booking until final confirmation. Market & Product Knowledge · Maintain strong knowledge of Umrah regulations, visa processes, hotel inventory, transport, and seasonal dynamics. · Support development of value-added Umrah + Business products in coordination with Product and Operations teams. Reporting & Governance · Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline tracking. · Highlight risks, deviations, or potential issues proactively to management. · Adhere strictly to company SOPs, compliance requirements, and reporting timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Strong understanding of Umrah travel operations and sales dynamics.

· Awareness of corporate and business travel requirements is an advantage.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Umrah / religious tourism.

· Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage trade relationships. ·

Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under pressure during peak Umrah seasons.

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM / sales tracking tools.
