Job description
Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar for Riyadh & Buraidah
Develop campaigns to drive store traffic and enhance brand awareness
Build strategic partnerships, tie-ups, and cross-promotions to boost visibility and footfall
Collaborate with retail teams to improve performance of underperforming stores
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Admin, Leasing, etc.) for permits and mall support
Monitor and optimize marketing spend by tracking ROI of campaigns
Lead and manage regional loyalty programs
Oversee agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution
Conduct market visits to gather insights and share actionable reports
Support media planning and buying activities for KSA
Execute central marketing initiatives in the region
Ensure brand consistency by working closely with the design team
Plan and execute store openings and re-launches
Prepare post-campaign performance reports
Fluent in English (written & spoken); Arabic is a plus
Proactive, fast learner, and result-driven
Strong attention to detail with flexibility in approach
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
Prior experience in retail marketing preferred
Willingness to travel as required
