We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist and Paid Media Campaign Manager (TikTok, Snapchat, Google) to lead and optimize paid acquisition activities across key digital channels.
This role is responsible for driving effective and profitable growth in online sales through campaign management, performance optimization, audience selection, and message targeting, as well as disciplined budget allocation. The ideal candidate should understand e-commerce performance from a local business perspective.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok and other relevant channels
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as:
- Customer Acquisition Cost CAC
- Return on Advertising Spend ROAS
- Total Marketing Efficiency MER
- Conversion Efficiency
- Campaign contributions to revenue
- Build and manage audience structures, retargeting campaigns, and expansion methodologies in campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities in:
- Ads and creatives
- Targeting
- Landing pages
- Commercial offers
- Work closely with the e-commerce team and creative team to enhance visit quality and conversion results
- Distribute budgets across channels and campaigns based on performance and business priorities
- Implement ongoing testing on messages, creatives, designs, and campaign types
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports that include performance results and actionable recommendations
- Support growth related to product launches, seasons, offers, and category priorities
- Contribute to improving the efficiency of the entire online sales funnel, not just ad performance in isolation
