Construction Director / Construction Manager – Saudi Arabia

We are inviting experienced Construction Directors and Construction Managers currently working in Saudi Arabia to submit their profiles for senior-level opportunities across infrastructure, real estate, commercial, residential, industrial and mega-project developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from mobilisation through completion and handover

• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, contractors and resources

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and government authorities

• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety and contractual compliance

• Identify project risks, delays and cost overruns and implement corrective actions

• Ensure all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and regulations

• Review progress reports, variation orders, claims and project documentation

• Lead multidisciplinary construction teams and provide updates to senior management

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience

• Previous experience as a *Construction Manager, Project Manager, Construction Director or Project Director*

• Strong experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

• Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contracts, quality and HSE requirements

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, RICS or CIOB are preferred

• Experience with Saudi Vision 2030 or major development projects will be an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
