Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising daily production operations within the food factory. The role ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and production line operations.
• Manage and coordinate production operators and assign tasks based on production requirements.
• Ensure daily production plans and targets are achieved efficiently and on time.
• Monitor production lines, equipment, and processes to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and coordinate with the QA/QC team.
• Monitor production KPIs including output, efficiency, yield, waste, downtime, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize machine downtime and ensure equipment availability.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping of production areas.
• Investigate production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production employees.
• Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Prepare daily production reports and communicate issues and performance to the Production Manager.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
