Catering Supervisor

We are seeking a customer-oriented and sales-driven Catering Supervisor with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing catering inquiries and orders, coordinating events and bookings, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to business growth through effective sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and introduce the restaurant’s catering services and offerings.
• Receive, coordinate, and follow up on daily catering orders, corporate orders, and special event requests.
• Prepare and present suitable offers and packages based on clients’ needs.
• Manage bookings, confirm order details, and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and relevant teams to ensure order accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor catering orders from initial inquiry through preparation and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate new sales opportunities.
• Support sales growth by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant catering packages.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, bookings, and customer requests.
• Ensure a professional customer experience and consistent service standards.
