Customs Clearance Agent

The Customs Clearance Officer is responsible for handling and following up on customs clearance procedures for imported and exported shipments. The role includes preparing and reviewing customs documentation, coordinating with customs authorities, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other related parties, and ensuring that all shipments comply with applicable customs regulations and company procedures. The employee is also responsible for monitoring shipment status, resolving clearance issues, and ensuring timely release of goods.
