Role Overview
The Sales Representative/Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth in Saudi Arabia, building strong client relationships, and expanding Medinous presence in the healthcare technology market. This role requires a proven track record in healthcare/SaaS/HMS sales, deep knowledge of the Saudi market, and the ability to lead strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders in medical centres, hospitals and healthcare groups.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
- Represent Medinous at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Build and mentor a local sales team as the business scales.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, with at least 1 years in Healthcare/SaaS/HMS.
- Saudi Market Exposure: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Education: Any degree.
- Language Skills: Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking abilities.
