Job description
Develop and expand B2B industrial sales for polymer fiber packaging materials
Identify, generate, and convert new business leads in the assigned territory
Conduct field visits and client meetings with corporate/industrial customers
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Prepare basic reports on sales activities and performance
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Graduated in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales (freshers with strong sales aptitude can apply)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
Confident, target-driven, and proactive approach
Willingness to work in field sales / outdoor role
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong negotiation and client handling skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Valid driving license preferred
Ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia and adapt to an international work environment
