Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new B2B leads in Riyadh
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Promote and sell training and consulting solutions
- Meet HR, L&D, and senior decision-makers
- Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales
- Strong knowledge of the Riyadh corporate market
- Existing client network is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Valid Saudi driver’s license (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
