Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new B2B leads in Riyadh
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
  • Promote and sell training and consulting solutions
  • Meet HR, L&D, and senior decision-makers
  • Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
  • Prepare proposals and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM updates and sales reports

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales
  • Strong knowledge of the Riyadh corporate market
  • Existing client network is an advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Valid Saudi driver’s license (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach
