Job description
- HSE Policy Development: Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor HSE performance and conduct regular audits.
- Sustainability: Promote sustainable practices, such as energy conservation and waste reduction.
- Previous experience in the Total Facilities Management (TFM) industry is required.
