Scaffolding Section Head

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Section Head to lead and manage scaffolding operations across multiple construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant planning, erection, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding systems while leading site teams and supporting project delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all scaffolding activities across assigned projects.

• Manage scaffolding supervisors, inspectors, and site teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Review and approve scaffolding designs, load assessments, and technical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable safety regulations.

• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Planning, and HSE teams to support project execution.

• Monitor scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities.

• Manage scaffolding resources, materials, manpower planning, and equipment utilization.

• Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

• Review subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with approved standards.

• Support project planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting activities.

• Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture across all scaffolding operations.
