Role Overview: As a Techno-Functional SME, you'll bridge the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation, providing subject matter expertise across configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support. Key Responsibilities:Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modulesPerform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work queries, troubleshooting, performance tuningCollaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processesSupport configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape

Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCMStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, troubleshooting)Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systemsAbility to work on-site for the full contract durationImmediate or short-notice availability (Already holding IQAMA)
