OTM Functional Lead / OTM Techno-Functional SME / WMS SME

Role: OTM Functional  lead

Must have lead two to three End-to-end OTM Cloud implementation projects including user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and post go-live support, Should have good experience in rating design, multileg/multi-stop itineraries, shipment planning, performance tuning, automation agents, invoicing setup, UI customization, and integration with Oracle OM, Inventory. Must have sound knowledge in OTM Cloud covering following features: Transportation procurement, Transportation order management, Carrier and rate management, Fleet and driver management, Order and shipment planning, Shipment booking and tendering, Visibility and event management, Freight audit and payment, Strategic and tactical analyses of transportation network, Reporting, documentation, and business intelligence, Good understanding of other SCM modules. Ability to liaise with multiple vendors and multi culture environments teams, Experience in co-ordinate the team of developers, Hands on project experience delivering Agile based projects.

Role : OTM Techno-Functional SME

Experienced OTM/GTM Techno Functional Consultant with 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management to deliver end to end implementation, integration, and support across complex logistics landscapes.

Sound knowledge in OTM Cloud covering following features:

1. Transportation procurement, Transportation order management, Carrier and rate management.

2. Fleet and driver management, Order and shipment planning, Shipment booking and tendering

3. Visibility and event management, Freight audit and payment.

4. Strategic and tactical analyses of transportation network, Reporting, documentation, and business intelligence.

5. At least two implementation experience in Cloud

6. Good understanding of other SCM modules

7. Ability to liaise with multiple vendors and multi culture environments teams

8. Experience in coordinating the team of developers

9. Hands-on project experience delivering Agile based projects

10. Good communication and interpersonal skills

11. Understanding of SCM modules

12. Design, Development and administration of integration with other applications.

Role : WMS SME

WMS Techno Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Warehouse Management (Fusion WMS / WMS Cloud) to support implementation, integration, and AMS operations for complex warehouse and distribution environments with 8-10 years’ experience. 8 to 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud WMS, experience with barcoding, RF scanners, and warehouse automation technologies, experience in design, configuration, and supports Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite (EBS) WMS modules to optimize warehouse operations like receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, Performing root cause analysis (RCA) on WMS functional and technical issues, including data errors and interface failures. Configure and troubleshoot integrations with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (INV, OM, TMS) and material handling equipment. Lead or support end-to-end WMS implementations, including user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and post go-live support.
