QA Rotating Inspector - Mechanical

Aramco Approved is plus.

Conduct thorough inspections of rotating mechanical equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors) to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Perform dimensional inspections, including measurements and verification of tolerances, using precision instruments like calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality control plans to accurately assess product conformity and identify potential discrepancies.

Witness and verify critical tests, such as hydrostatic, performance, and vibration tests, documenting results and ensuring adherence to established procedures.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, providing a strong foundation in mechanical principles.

Holds relevant certifications such as API 510/570 or CSWIP, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards.

Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries, showcasing sector knowledge.

Exhibits a strong understanding of rotating equipment, including pumps, turbines, and compressors, with hands-on inspection experience.
