Job description
- Preparation of production plans and schedules according to demand requirements and available production capacity.
- Monitoring the execution of production plans and ensuring adherence to specified deadlines.
- Coordination with procurement and logistics departments to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Analysis of production capacity and identification of resource, material, and labor requirements.
- Monitoring inventory levels and linking them to requirements and production plans.
- Analyzing causes of delays and production bottlenecks and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Preparation of regular reports on production performance and deviations from the plan.
- Updating production plans according to changes in demand or availability of materials and resources.
- Contributing to improving operational efficiency and reducing waste and operational costs.
- Utilizing performance indicators to measure productivity and monitoring goal achievement.
