Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and update daily and weekly production schedules and determine delivery deadlines, contributing to organized workflows and ensuring market needs are met.
2. Monitor raw material availability and implement ROP/P-System replenishment policies to ensure production continuity.
3. Track open work orders and maintain ongoing coordination with the production department to ensure plans align with reality.
4. Create purchase requisitions (PR) as needed, facilitating the procurement of necessary materials.
5. Issue urgent purchase requisitions when material shortages affect production schedules, helping to minimize delays.
6. Monitor inventory from storage to the production floor before the scheduled manufacturing date to ensure timely material availability.
7. Update minimum and maximum inventory levels based on consumption metrics, contributing to improved inventory management.
8. Monitor inventory accuracy and reconcile actual quantities with recorded data to ensure no discrepancies exist.
9. Analyze production data and provide periodic performance reports to management, aiding in informed decision-making.
