Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports the brand positioning in both Saudi and global markets.
- Lead a cross‑functional content team (writers, designers, videographers, and agencies) to produce high‑quality digital, print, and multimedia assets.
- Oversee the creation of compelling storytelling for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects, ensuring consistency across all channels (website, social media, newsletters, brochures, Investor Relations materials, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Project Development, and Investor Relations to align content with business objectives and campaign calendars.
- Set editorial standards, brand voice guidelines, and quality control processes; conduct regular audits to maintain brand integrity.
- Manage the content production budget, negotiate contracts with external agencies, and track ROI on content initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics and SEO insights to optimize content performance, increase audience engagement, and drive qualified leads.
- Champion innovative content formats (AR/VR experiences, virtual tours, interactive infographics) to showcase luxury developments.
- Ensure all content complies with local regulations, corporate governance, and sustainability messaging.
