We re looking for an experienced Content & Tracks Manager to join our team and lead the design and execution of student enablement initiatives across our programs. This is a highly hands-on leadership role where you ll work at the heart of our learning experience shaping programs that directly impact student achievement, engagement, and future readiness. You will manage and guide the team responsible for creating initiatives across four core student tracks: Academic Achievement Future Career Skills Aspirations & Interests Higher Education
You ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Operations, Tech, Project management, Learning, and Partnerships to ensure that every program we deliver is meaningful, well-structured, and smoothly executed. The role involves both strategic program design and operational execution, including hiring teachers, planning schedules, designing lab activities, and ensuring high-quality delivery on the ground. The role is onsite in Riadyh.
5+ years of experience in education, program management, or learning design
Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of student development and learning ecosystems
Ability to design engaging educational / enablement programs and activities
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Experience coordinating teachers, facilitators, or trainers
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
Ability to balance creativity with operational execution
Hands-on mindset and willingness to be involved in day-to-day delivery
Bonus Points If You Have Experience in EdTech or youth programs Background in curriculum design or instructional design Experience running large-scale student events Familiarity with Saudi education and youth development landscape
