Core Scope
- Lead day-to-day site oversight as the developer s representative.
- Onboard contractors suitable for the development in close coordination with management.
- Monitor and challenge contractor progress, productivity, sequencing, and resourcing.
- Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, mock-ups, QA/QC standards, and brand guidelines.
- Review and approve construction methodologies, temporary works, shop drawings, and materials.
- Lead site coordination across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Fa ade, Interior Design, Landscape, Infrastructure, and any other required disciplines.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
- Review claims, variations, extension-of-time requests, and commercial impacts.
- Inspect and approve mock-ups, samples, prototypes, and material tests in close coordination with the design team and client representatives.
- Escalate risks, delays, defects, and non-compliance, ensuring immediate corrective action.
- Drive commissioning, testing, snagging, and final handover readiness for operator takeover.
- Maintain complete site reporting and interface with Project management, Design, Procurement, and Operations teams

- Smooth commissioning and handover, with minimal snags.
- Clear, factual site reporting no assumptions or unverified information.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Min: 15+ Years.
Computer and Software Proficiency
- Autodesk Revit.
- AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and LOD specifications.
- Primavera.
- MS Project.
- Relevant ERP systems.
- Microsoft Office Excel.
- Adobe Creative Suite.
