Job description
A Retail Operations Manager is sought to lead and manage the operations of retail branches in Riyadh, enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, improving customer experience, and supporting expansion plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete supervision of branch operations and provision of suitable staff.
- Increase sales and profitability while improving operational efficiency.
- Monitor branch managers and enhance discipline levels.
- Ensure availability of essential items and coordination with the warehouse and inventory.
- Monitor in-store displays and implement operational standards.
- Analyze performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in the setup and opening of new branches.
- Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
