Mechanical Inspector - Infrastructure

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector with strong expertise in Infrastructure, MEP, and HVAC projects. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting mechanical works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, approved drawings, and applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of mechanical installations related to Infrastructure, MEP, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Monitor site activities and verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review inspection reports, test reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for inspection activities.
• Identify non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Witness testing and commissioning activities when required.
• Maintain proper inspection records and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Mandatory CSWIP 3.1 Certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Infrastructure, MEP, and HVAC projects.
• Good knowledge of inspection procedures, quality standards, and international codes.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Gulf/UAE experience will be an added advantage.
