Job description
Including but not limited to the following content:
Oversee all technical aspects of hotel construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, industry best practices, and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, architects, and contractors, providing technical guidance, resolving complex issues, and ensuring effective collaboration to meet project deadlines.
Review and approve technical drawings, submittals, and material selections, ensuring alignment with project requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, identifying and addressing any technical deficiencies or deviations from the approved plans, and proactively mitigating risks.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical/ Electrical or Construction Management., Construction Management, or a related field;
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in hotel construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred; other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and industry best practices specific to hotel construction.
Proven experience in hotel or hospitality construction, with a strong understanding of high-end finishes and hotel infrastructure.
