Fleet Officer

Oversee the complete lifecycle of the fleet, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Manage vehicle maintenance and repair programs, minimizing downtime and maximizing vehicle lifespan through proactive strategies.

Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Has a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in fleet management, with a strong understanding of the transportation industry.

Demonstrates experience with various vehicle types, including cars, trucks, and specialized equipment; shows versatility in fleet management.
