Showroom Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager based in Riyadh to lead Automotive Showroom for a well-known brand, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bring over 3 years of hands-on retail management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for excellence in showroom presentation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure adherence to company standards

Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate showroom staff to deliver top performance

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage

Deliver outstanding customer service and handle escalated client issues professionally

Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management

Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to support promotional activities
