Managing and conducting required periodic studies and analysis in regards to the competition, location geographical distribution, demographical and economic studies, company locations studies, Loyalty & Customer analytics .etc to support the decision making process. Managing and monitoring Departmental and Cross-Departmental Processes to enhance and develop operational efficiency. Build business relationships with the Governmental Authorities and third-party partners in order to ensure the achievement of the Network Development Strategy and required information for business decision making.
Accountabilities
Location Network Tasks:
- Managing, Designing, communicating & monitoring all Departmental/Cross-Departmental SOP s for business core processes related to the Network Development Department.
- Managing periodic geographical & demographical studies and strategy formulation for all penetrated regions (KSA, UAE) to support the decision-making process and Network Strategy.
- Manage & develop the required studies for the company locations through the analysis of the sales performance, customer loyalty analytics, GIS modeling to submit the required recommendations for improvement either by relocation or optimization if any.
- Develop, maintain and manage the company location database (e.g. Population Reach) through the issuance of periodic reports to assess the status of the Nahdi network coverage.
- Supporting the operations of the Network Development Department Functions through collaboration to support the decision-making process through data management, report formulation, & location related studies & strategies.
- Managing all S&OP related activities with relevant stakeholders through the development of the new stores performance model and communicate all relevant deliverables to the support the S&OP process accordingly.
- Managing the all the committee requirements through making all the required preparation and data collection from relevant stakeholders to facilitate the decision-making process through the committee.
- Managing and preparing the financial feasibility study with operation & finance department for every location (New Location, Refreshment, Renewal and Expansion studies) prior to presenting the location in order to facilitate the financial aspect of the decision-making process.
External Relationships:
- Building strong relationships with different Governmental Entities in regards to the population census update for the different KSA areas, Governorates, cities and districts in order to identify the new projects that could affect Nahdi expansion plan.
- Build business relationships with third party entities to acquire the required market data and information supporting the required studies conducted in the Network Development (Market Data, Competition Data, etc )
Competitors Analysis:
- Manage all related platforms for the competitor s database through the analysis of the Geographic Information System (GIS) to facilitate Nahdi network expansion and to maintain the competitive position.
- Managing the field data collection process with the location searching team to ensure adequate collection for all competitors data with the right information and providing required support to all technical issues that arise with the platforms.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
