About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Heavy Equipment Rental and Construction Equipment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have an established network within the Saudi construction and industrial sectors and a proven ability to generate business opportunities, build client relationships, and secure rental contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for heavy equipment rental services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, consultants, and industrial clients.

• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.

• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company professionally during client visits, meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Rental, Construction Equipment, or related industrial sectors.

• Proven track record of generating business and securing rental contracts.

• Strong network within Saudi Arabia's construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

• Candidates currently working as Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Rental Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or Senior Sales Supervisor are encouraged to apply.
