Job description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations of a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia, including breakfast, all-day dining, in-room dining, multiple restaurants, banqueting, and staff dining.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all resort kitchens, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction Manage high-volume breakfast and 24/7 in-room dining operations Drive menu creation, food presentation, and culinary innovation across outlets Lead, train, and develop a large multicultural culinary team Control food cost, labor, and kitchen budgets Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, Halal standards, and local regulations
Requirements:Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or resort Strong multi-outlet background, including breakfast and IRDExperience in the Middle East preferred Strong leadership, operational, and financial acumen
