Job description
We are looking for a talented Executive Chef with strong expertise in Italian cuisine and international culinary techniques to lead the kitchen operations of a high-end dining concept in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate is a passionate culinary leader with proven experience managing professional kitchen brigades, delivering consistent quality, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Design and develop menus rooted in authentic Italian cuisine with international influence
• Maintain strict control over food cost, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen budgets
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff while building a strong culinary culture
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Work closely with management on menu engineering, seasonal updates, and concept development
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and oversee ingredient sourcing
Skills
• Proven experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef in upscale or fine dining restaurants
• Strong background in Italian cuisine with knowledge of international culinary techniques
• Experience leading large kitchen teams in high-volume environments
• Strong understanding of food cost control, kitchen management, and operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
