Job description
- Comprehensive Arabic-based Operations
- Take full ownership of all business, operational, and field tasks where Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all verbal and written communication with local authorities, external vendors, and clients.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, phone calls, and on-site visits that require fluent Arabic communication and local cultural context.
- Manage and resolve any local operational issues or inquiries that necessitate native Arabic understanding.
- Government Relations
- Liaise with various government entities and ministries (e.g., MHRSD, Ministry of Commerce, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Municipality, etc.).
- Process and renew company licenses, permits, visas, and other official documentations in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
- General Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations, logistics, and administrative support.
- Handle document archiving, official correspondence, and general corporate management tasks.
- Driving & Logistics
- Drive and visit government offices, clients, or partners for official tasks whenever required.
