Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities management showcases your expertise in the field.
Professional certification such as IFMA's CFM or BOMA's RPA demonstrates a commitment to industry standards.
