Greenhouse Manager - Hydroponic / High-Tech Greenhouse

Manage and oversee the daily operations of tomato greenhouses.
• Monitor and manage:

• Climate Control Systems
• Irrigation & Fertigation Systems
• EC / pH / Drain Management

• Implement and supervise Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
• Supervise greenhouse labor and daily operational activities.
• Monitor crop quality and continuously improve productivity and yield.
• Identify operational or crop-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with greenhouse operational standards and production targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:

• Hydroponic Tomato Production
• High-tech Greenhouses

• Strong hands-on experience in:

• Greenhouse Operations
• Climate Control
• Irrigation & Fertigation
• EC / pH Management
• IPM

• Experience with modern and Dutch greenhouse systems is highly preferred.
• Good command of English is preferred.
