Job Opportunity – Greenhouse Technical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Greenhouse Technical Manager / Agricultural Engineer with hands-on expertise in commercial tomato greenhouse operations, particularly in Hydroponic / High-Tech Greenhouse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day greenhouse tomato production operations
• Oversee irrigation, fertigation, and nutrient management programs
• Monitor and control EC, pH, drain percentage, and irrigation schedules
• Operate and supervise climate control systems (cooling, ventilation, humidity, temperature control)
• Monitor crop growth stages, plant health, productivity, and yield performance
• Implement and manage IPM programs within greenhouse production
• Supervise greenhouse labor teams and daily operational activities
• Analyze production data and implement performance improvements
• Ensure compliance with agricultural quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Prepare technical and operational reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, or related field

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in greenhouse operations

• Strong experience in commercial tomato production

• Mandatory experience in Hydroponic / High-Tech Greenhouses

• Strong technical knowledge of:

  • Climate Control Systems
  • Irrigation & Fertigation
  • EC / pH / Drain Management
  • IPM inside greenhouse environments
  • Crop productivity optimization

• Proven experience managing greenhouse labor teams

• Strong English communication skills preferred

• Experience in large-scale commercial greenhouse projects is highly preferred
