Field Operations Supervisor

Job Objective: To monitor and guide field teams during cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and elevating performance reports for management while maintaining positive and ongoing relationships with clients across various neighborhoods in Taif.

Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of cleaning projects (cleaning apartments, villas, ground areas, and washing carpets and rugs).
• Distributing tasks among field workers and monitoring the efficient use of materials and supplies.
• Receiving sites after completion of work and ensuring compliance with work specifications before final delivery.
• Responding promptly and professionally to client feedback and resolving any field issues immediately.
• Adhering to daily schedules and coordinating workflow to ensure swift response times.
