House Refresh is seeking a Facility Management & Operations Supervisor to oversee field operations related to maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance across various sites and projects. This role ensures that all tasks are executed according to operational plans and quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and facility management tasks at sites.
- Distributing tasks among work teams and monitoring their field execution.
- Monitoring preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Receiving and tracking maintenance requests, ensuring their closure and resolution.
- Supervising electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general technical works.
- Monitoring cleanliness levels and quality of work execution at sites.
- Conducting inspection rounds, documenting observations, and submitting reports.
- Monitoring contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring quality of executed works.
- Ensuring availability of materials and equipment and raising requests for needs.
- Monitoring safety and occupational health requirements at sites.
- Preparing daily and periodic reports on site conditions, incidents, and completed works.
- Communicating with clients, receiving feedback, and following up on resolutions.
- Monitoring performance of workers and technicians, enhancing productivity and quality.
- Contributing to the development of operational and maintenance plans and improving site efficiency.
