We are looking for an enthusiastic and professionally-minded vehicle salesperson who will contribute to enhancing the customer experience and achieving sales goals by understanding customer needs and providing valuable offers that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing professional vehicle consultations and accurate information on specifications, options, and financing.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial reception to closing the deal, following up on offers and negotiating to ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly quota targets.
- Present vehicles, conduct practical demonstrations, and coordinate test drive schedules in accordance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries with full professionalism and provide suitable financial solutions through available financing and insurance options.
- Document all interactions and deals in the order tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to develop customer attraction strategies and improve the after-sales experience.
- Adhere to work policies and regulatory compliance according to local requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor's / License).
- A minimum of two years of practical experience in sales, preferably in the vehicle or retail sector.
- Familiarity with vehicle parameters, automotive industry terminology, and the ability to interpret specifications for customers.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are considered an additional advantage.
- Ability to work full-time in Jeddah with a willingness to travel when needed.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills with a refined sense of customer service and commitment to deadlines.
