Sadafco Company Announces First Seller Position
Sadafco Company announces the availability of a First Seller position to join the sales team, in order to achieve sales goals and ensure product availability and optimal presentation at sales outlets.
Purpose of the Position
Execute pre-sales calls according to the Journey Plan (JP) to achieve sales goals by selling all storage units to all customers, and ensuring product availability, clarity, and replenishment.
Main Responsibilities
1. Sales
- Follow specified journey plans without exceptions in calls or customers.
- Develop and improve the route and inform the sales supervisor of new or closed outlets.
- Provide customers with suggested orders to ensure maximum product availability.
- Accurately record the inventory of storage units at each sales outlet.
2. Product Display / Assets / Point-of-Sale Materials
- Replenish and display products according to marketing policy to increase sales.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company assets (coolers/freezers).
- Immediately report any maintenance problems or misuse of assets.
- Ensure point-of-sale materials are displayed according to company policy.
3. Invoice Issuance and Collection
- Supervise the correct delivery of goods.
- Collect payments according to approved terms.
- Collect and secure Temporary Credit (TC) invoices according to policy.
4. Inventory Management
- Review and sign returned products according to policies.
- Match good returns with warehouse custodians.
- Manage inventory to avoid damaged products and bad returns.
5. Sales Administration
- Complete sales-related administrative work on time.
- Deposit daily collections with the cashier.
6. Application of Mobile Sales Force Automation (MSFA) System
- Synchronize orders after returning from the market for delivery on the next working day.
- Review daily performance and key performance indicators with the supervisor.
- Discuss market development opportunities and next steps.
7. Appearance and Conduct
- Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
- Adhere to the official uniform and personal hygiene standards.
- Exhibit professional conduct and represent Sadafco Company honorably.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification: High School Diploma as a minimum.
- At least 3 years of experience in truck sales (pre-sales experience is an additional advantage).
- Languages: Arabic and English.
- Minimum Age: 22 years.
- Physical Fitness.
