We are a leading organization in the sales and distribution sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing distinctive solutions and high-quality services to our clients across diverse market segments.

We are seeking to attract a highly motivated and proactive Sales Representative/Trainee to help enhance our growth and deliver added value to our clients and partners. Your pivotal role will be to effectively represent the company, build long-term relationships with customers, and achieve sales targets in accordance with company policies and directives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Daily interaction with potential and existing customers through field visits, adhering to approved communication plans and channels.
  • Presenting the company's products and services professionally, explaining features and benefits, and providing suitable price quotations.
  • Preparing and organizing customer visits according to an integrated visitation program and documenting all activities in the approved system (CRM).
  • Developing and continuously updating the customer database while maintaining the accuracy of contact information and opportunities.
  • Achieving the monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management and submitting periodic performance reports.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Development, Technical Support, Logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and meeting customer needs.
  • Adhering to compliance standards, local regulations, and product and customer safety policies.
  • Participating in marketing activities and internal training courses to enhance product knowledge and improve sales skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor's) in a relevant field, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sales.
  • Previous experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred, with proven ability to successfully sell and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills in at least Arabic, with persuasive, negotiation, and trust-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and organize schedules and reports.
  • Basic computer skills, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and reporting.
  • Flexibility for travel and field visits within the work area/governorate, with a valid driver's license and a good understanding of work policies.
