We are a leading company in the sales and distribution sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, seeking to attract an ambitious and passionate Trainee Sales Representative dedicated to providing solutions that meet customer needs. You will join a dynamic sales team focused on building long-term customer relationships and achieving growth goals by offering exceptional deals and high-quality after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communicating with potential customers, analyzing their needs, and presenting suitable solutions from our portfolio.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to implement field campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Preparing quotations and estimating inventory needs to ensure the availability of required products for sales operations.
  • Following up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and document future sales opportunities.
  • Accurately and regularly updating databases and the order and sales tracking system.
  • Achieving monthly sales and profitability targets in accordance with the company's strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor's / License) in a relevant or any suitable major.
  • Entry-level experience in sales with a strong desire for professional development in field sales.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in using Office software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to work in the field and travel within the specified governorate.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English is considered an additional advantage.
