QC Chemist

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products using various analytical techniques to ensure compliance with standards. Generate and communicate accurate QC reports, monitor data trends, and identify potential issues in manufacturing processes. Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, and prepare chemical solutions for testing and calibration. Develop, optimize, and validate QC methods and procedures for improved efficiency and new products. Investigate quality deviations, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Manage lab inventory, ensure proper storage of chemicals, and handle laboratory waste in compliance with regulations. Adhere to QHSE requirements and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions. Stay current with industry standards and best practices in quality control and analytical chemistry. Perform other quality control and laboratory duties as assigned by management.
