Marketing Manager

Company Hadaf for Real Estate Development and Investment is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead and implement the marketing strategy for the company, enhance brand presence, increase the number of potential customers, and support achieving sales goals through effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement marketing plans and strategies.

Manage advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, Snapchat, and others.

Oversee social media accounts and content creation.

Collaborate with the sales team to increase potential customers and improve deal closure rates.

Analyze marketing campaign results and prepare regular reports.

Manage the marketing budget and achieve the best return on investment.

Monitor market trends and competitors and suggest development ideas.

Supervise the visual identity and marketing materials for projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

At least 3 years of experience in marketing.

Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
